Calculated Hire
These individuals will conduct outreach to child care providers who owe the client department money, establish payment plans, provide account updates, handle disputes, and coordinate with finance and legal teams. The Contractor shall provide qualified personnel, management and supervision, and processes to recover outstanding balances in a compliant, ethical, and efficient manner. The debt collector candidates must have: Experience in debt collection within public sector environments A high school diploma, associate or bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or communications preferred Relevant job experience (collections, customer service, sales, or telemarketing), legal knowledge Familiarity with FDCPA: Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (15 U.S.C. §1692 et seq.) and TCPA: Telephone Consumer Protection Act (47 U.S.C. §227) is preferred Bilingual (English-Spanish) is preferred Candidates will need to pass a background check. #J-18808-Ljbffr
