Day shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Call: 3:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Call rotation: 4 weeks on, 1 week off

Call response time: within 20 minutes

Case logs required

Some PRN days may include call per Order

Requirements

Active, unrestricted CRNA license

Proficient in spinals, peripheral nerve blocks, and epidurals (case logs required)

Clear background and malpractice history required

Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify.
