Job Description Parsons’ Unconventional Access is looking for an amazingly talented, fully cleared (TS/SCI) Electrical/Hardware Engineer to join our team! This immediate opening is positioned in some of the most sought-after work in this development and engineering community. In this role you will work to design, test, and analyze electrical circuits and hardware components as a part of a multidisciplinary engineering team building custom hardware and software products. What You’ll Be Doing Design, document, and develop electrical circuits for mixed-signal applications Use Altium Designer to create circuit schematics and PCB layouts Assist in developing hardware architectures and brainstorming solutions to challenging design requirements Collaborate with software, RF, and mechanical engineers to optimize all areas of design Provide technical leadership to less experienced engineers Participate in and moderate peer reviews Required Skills You’ll Bring Active TS.SCI government clearance A minimum of twelve (12) years of experience as a HDE in mixed-signal electrical design Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering or a related field A minimum of three (3) years of experience using Altium design software Experience working within formal engineering processes (configuration management, requirements tracking, design reviews) Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, hands‑on lab environment Security Clearance Requirement An active Top Secret security clearance is required for this position.
