Payroll Manager

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Manager to join our team in the US. In this pivotal role, you will oversee payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance while contributing to our commitment to integrity and excellence in the automotive industry. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations Collaborate with our Plant HR departments to maintain accurate employee payroll records Prepare payroll reports for leadership review Address payroll inquiries from employees and from our facilities/plants promptly and accurately Implement improvements in payroll processes for efficiency Coordinate with finance for accurate accounting of payroll expenses Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Proven experience in payroll management Proficiency in payroll software, SAP experience is required Strong understanding of federal and state payroll regulations Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality Knowledge of HRIS systems is a plus Preferred qualifications: experience at a similar size manufacturing company with SAP payroll experience This is a hands on payroll role, not solely a supervisory position Employment type Full-time Seniority level Mid-Senior level Job function Human Resources Manufacturing Project Management Industries Motor Vehicle Manufacturing Benefits Medical insurance Vision insurance 401(k) Tuition assistance #J-18808-Ljbffr Gestamp
