Surgical Tech II
LiveWell Homecare Agency
Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and/or Physician, performs specialized technical duties in surgical or procedural environments. Assists the surgical team by operating equipment and instrumentation to maintain a safe, functional operating room environment. Qualifications High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent Completion of an accredited Surgical Technician program Experience Preferred: One year of experience as a Surgical Technician Certification/Licensure Surgical Technician Certification by The National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting* OR Surgical Technician Certification by the National Center for Competency Testing* OR United States Military or Public Health Service Surgical Technology Program* (only one certification required) Additional requirements include Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification, to be obtained within ninety (90) days of start date. #J-18808-Ljbffr LiveWell Homecare Agency
