Revenue Cycle Operations Excellence Epic Consultant - Patient Access

This position seeks a dynamic and motivated Revenue Cycle Operations Excellence Epic Consultant – Patient Access to lead project teams implementing best practices and driving world‑class results for healthcare providers across the United States. Responsibilities Manage Revenue Cycle improvement engagements and serve as a subject matter expert in patient access specifically within an Epic environment. Direct the activities of teams responsible for Revenue Cycle system and end‑user support, including Epic production environment support, issue resolution, project management, and implementation of new functionality. Provide end‑user training and education, workflow and process integration, revenue capture design, and project implementation. Qualifications Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s degree preferred. Certifications: PMP Certification preferred. A minimum of 7 years experience in healthcare revenue cycle. Expert knowledge of front‑end revenue cycle processes (scheduling, registration, eligibility, authorizations, upfront collections). Strong operational and technical understanding of revenue cycle. Experience leading multi‑disciplinary teams to implement large‑scale integrated system and operational change initiatives. Proficiency in developing project timelines, project plans, and performing full due‑diligence assessments. Ability to monitor progress toward key milestones, provide regular client updates, and appropriately escalated issues to stakeholders. Talent for overseeing deliverable quality and managing teams to achieve exceptional performance. Experience contributing to proposal development for business‑development activities. Application management knowledge in Epic Cadence, Prelude, and Grand Central. Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, matrix‑structured environment. Travel Nationwide weekly travel required. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $91,000–$210,000; may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
