Customer Service Administrative SupportThis position works in a customer service capacity providing administrative and clerical support to patients and customers in an outpatient clinic and/or medical office setting. Responsibilities include:Greeting patients and visitors, checking patients in and out, and obtaining necessary documentation. Verifying and entering demographic information.Obtaining and verifying insurance authorizations/precertification. Completing medical record release requests and scheduling/confirming patient appointments.Entering, reviewing and submitting charges for patient procedures and services daily. Collecting co-payments and reconciling all daily reports and deposits for accuracy.Providing general office and clerical support to assigned out-patient/medical office.All other duties as assigned.Required Education:Education: HIGHEssential: true
