We are looking for a reliable, caring, and experienced part-time babysitter to provide attentive and nurturing care for children in a safe and engaging environment.

The ideal candidate has a genuine passion for working with children, strong communication skills, and the ability to create a positive and dependable relationship with both the children and their family.

Must have morning and afternoon availability during the week. Weekends are required.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional childcare experience (required)
• Degree or advanced childcare certification preferred, but not required
• Current CPR/First Aid certification preferred
• Three professional childcare references
• Valid U.S. driver’s license
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Willingness to complete a full background check
• Non-smoker
• Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required
• Passion for working with children
• Reliable, responsible, patient, and compassionate

Childcare Experience
Experience caring for:

• Infants
• Multiples/Twins
• Preschool-aged children
• School-age children
• Teens
• Children with special needs

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, nurturing care in a safe and secure environment
• Engage children in age-appropriate activities and play
• Support children’s social, emotional, and developmental needs
• Follow parents’ instructions regarding meals, naps, routines, and activities
• Maintain a clean and organized play area
• Ensure the children’s safety and well-being at all times
• Communicate appropriately with parents regarding the children’s day

Schedule

Job Type: Part-Time

Availability may include:

• Morning shifts
• Afternoon shifts
• Day shifts
• After-school care
• Evening shifts
• 4-hour, 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts, depending on family needs
• Weekends required

Experience

• Childcare: 2 years (Required)
• License/Certification
• Valid Driver’s License (Required)
• CPR/First Aid Certification (Preferred)
