Senior POS Support Technician - Dealer & Merchant SME

Global Payments is seeking a Senior Technician, Dealer Support for the Restaurant Genius team. You will address technical customer service requests by phone, email, chat or SMS and provide expert POS guidance to dealers and business owners. As SME, you resolve escalated issues across dial-up terminals, software-based and cloud POS products, create docs, and contribute to a knowledgebase.
