Restaurant Manager

Position Summary Restaurant Manager – Full‑time – Hiring immediately – Responsible for managing and executing all front‑of‑house functions according to P.F. Chang’s established procedures and in accordance with the direction of the Operating Partner. The manager shall lead the front‑of‑house in the absence of the Operating Partner and communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management throughout every shift. Pay Range P.F. Chang's Pay Range (based on experience): $60,002.80 – $79,994.20 per year (assumes 50 hours per week) / $20.98 – $27.97 per hour. Experience working in a hands‑on, fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. Experience mentoring and training hourly team members. Strong communication skills with the ability to resolve conflict and provide direction to your teams. Preferences Experience in casual restaurant, upscale dining restaurant, and/or retail.
