Patient Support Coordinator

To support the operational needs of the Patient Support Team, the full-time Patient Support Enablement Coordinator will coordinate new client implementations, vendor integrations, and internal enhancements while ensuring accurate communication and resource availability for all Patient Support personnel in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary liaison for new implementations, client transitions, and workflow changes impacting departmental operations Gather and synthesize implementation requirements, collaborating with leadership to assess impacts across Patient Support teams Translate implementation details into documentation and communication summaries for training and operational leadership Required qualifications Bachelor's degree with 2-3 years of experience in healthcare operations, patient access, or related fields Strong experience with patient communication, customer service, and scheduling workflows Previous experience in training, quality assurance, or process improvement is preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and EMR platforms Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
