Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Lymphedema / CTL | Home Health | Florida Regions

We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) with lymphedema experience or CLT certification to join a clinician-led team delivering specialized mobile therapy services across multiple regions in Florida.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay-per-visit model: $63 per visit (COTA – CLT)
• Typical full-time clinicians complete 24–30 visits per week
• Estimated annual earnings: ~$78,000 – $92,000+ based on visit volume
• Visits typically range from 70–85 minutes

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home lymphedema therapy under the supervision of an OT
• Implement treatment plans and track patient progress
• Provide hands-on therapy and patient education
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with the care team

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Qualifications

• Active Florida COTA license
• CLT certification preferred or willingness to obtain
• Home health experience preferred
• Reliable transportation for travel within the assigned coverage area
• Comfortable using electronic documentation platforms

Florida coverage areas are assigned close to home.

South Florida, Central Florida, Volusia County, Space Coast, Tampa Bay, and Jacksonville regions.
