This is your opportunity to gain hands-on supervisory experience, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and grow into a clinical leadership role—all while advancing your education and career.Your Role in ActionCarry a caseload and meet billable service requirements, including supervision hours and direct service delivery.Manage client programs, monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation.Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and consult with case providers.Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians, including training, feedback, and parent coaching.Ensure compliance with HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policies.Participate in team meetings, professional development, and special projects as needed.Essential Qualifications2+ years ABA experience (desired)1+ year supervisory experience, including staff training and performance evaluationsExpertise in assessment and intervention strategiesReport writing and documentation skillsCore Skills & StrengthsStrong clinical and leadership skillsCollaborative with multidisciplinary teamsProficient in Microsoft OfficeSelf-motivated and organizedProfessional, detail-oriented, and reliableComfortable in diverse in-home settingsEffective communicator with clients, families, and staffWhat You Need to Succeed!Education: Currently enrolled in a Master's Program in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related fieldExperience: Minimum 1 year providing behavior analysis servicesSupervisory Experience: Minimum 1 year leading and training staffBilingual skills preferred not requiredReady to take your ABA career to the next level while pursuing your Master's?
