PRN Physical Therapist Assistant

Overview PRN Physical Therapist Assistant opportunity with St. David’s Healthcare at Home, part of HCA Healthcare. You will provide individualized care to improve mobility and independence, supported by defined processes, focused caseloads, and a strong care-team partnership with supervising PTs. The role includes access to educational assistance, growth paths, and scheduling flexibility. Responsibilities Deliver therapeutic exercises and functional training to help patients regain independence and mobility. Apply physical therapy techniques and modalities to reduce pain and restore function. Monitor patient progress and document responses to ensure safe, effective care. Teach patients and families how to use assistive devices and follow home exercise programs. Work closely with PTs, nurses, aides, and the care team to enhance the patient experience and support a culture of excellence.
