is seeking Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Endocrinologists to join our growing team in Fredericksburg, Virginia. We are hiring for both inpatient and outpatient roles and welcome motivated, compassionate physicians who are committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. where physicians and advanced practice providers work closely together to provide comprehensive care. In this role, you will diagnose and manage hormonal imbalances and a broad range of endocrine disorders, including Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes with insulin pump management. The physician will provide patient-centered care by evaluating conditions, recommending appropriate treatment options, and counseling patients on associated risks and long-term management strategies. This role includes collaborating closely with multidisciplinary care teams, providing inpatient consults as part of a shared call schedule, and contributing to high-quality outcomes through evidence-based clinical practice. Qualifications MD or DO degree

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology

Experience managing complex diabetes cases, including insulin pumps

Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic skills

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities

Proficiency with electronic medical records and medical technology
