Production Supervisor Night ShiftProduction Supervisor Night Shift Schedule: 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM | 2-2-3 rotation Location: Mebane, NC Compensation: $75,000–$80,000 annually + shift differential Team Size: Oversees approximately 7–25 employees per shift Assessment Requirement Position Overview We are seeking a hands-on Night Shift Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing and packaging operations during overnight hours. This role is responsible for driving a safe work environment, ensuring consistent product quality, and meeting production goals through effective team leadership, planning, and execution. The Supervisor will coordinate people, equipment, and materials to keep operations running efficiently while maintaining food safety and quality standards.
