If you're interested in a position with competitive perks and benefits, join our team today!Responsibilities:Lead HVAC installation projects for residential systemsInstall gas furnaces, boilers, air conditioning systems, heat pumps, and refrigerant pipingTroubleshoot installation issues and resolve problems on-siteSupervise and train HVAC installers and helpersEnsure all work meets local code, safety standards, and company quality standardsCommunicate with homeowners and provide excellent customer serviceSafely operate hand tools, power tools, generators, and other equipment as required by the job.Job Qualifications:3+ years of experience as an HVAC installer or HVAC TechnicianExperience with residential HVAC systemsValid driver's license with clean driving recordOSHA 10 certification (preferred)High School diploma or equivalent requiredCompetencies:Strong HVAC technical knowledgeProblem-solving and troubleshooting skillsAbility to lead a team and work independentlyExcellent communication and customer service skillsOrganized and detail-orientedThe starting base salary range for this position is $20-$35/hr. This is the range of the base pay only; it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position.
