Enjoy talking with people and helping them make decisions? Trenkle Agency is seeking an Inside Sales Representative who is comfortable making calls, building rapport, and maintaining consistent follow-up.

You'll work remotely with interested prospects, discuss their life insurance needs, present suitable options, and guide them through the next steps. This is an active sales role with regular outbound phone conversations.

Your responsibilities:

• Contact prospects who have requested information.
• Ask questions to understand their needs and priorities.
• Schedule appointments and conduct sales conversations.
• Answer questions and follow up on pending decisions.
• Track conversations, appointments, and applications.

You may be a good fit if you:

• Are comfortable spending a significant part of your workday on the phone.
• Communicate clearly and listen carefully.
• Can handle unanswered calls and rejection professionally.
• Stay organized without constant supervision.
• Are open to feedback and learning a new sales process.

Position details:

• Remote opportunity for U.S.-based applicants.
• 1099 independent contractor; commission-only.
• No base salary or hourly compensation.
