This is a great opportunity to be part of a dedicated team focused on delivering high-quality products to aerospace and industrial customers.Key Responsibilities:Perform inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished wire harness assembliesUtilize measuring tools and inspection equipment to verify product conformityMaintain and review quality documentation, including inspection reports, non-conformance reports, and corrective actionsAssist in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective/preventive actionsSupport internal audits and continuous improvement initiativesCalibrate and maintain inspection tools and equipmentManage and track limited shelf-life materials to ensure proper usage and complianceEnsure adherence to customer and industry standards, with knowledge of AS9100 and ISO 9001Qualifications:Knowledge of AS9100 and ISO 9001 quality standards preferredFamiliarity with J-STD-001 and IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards a plusIPC certification is a plusStrong attention to detail and excellent organizational skillsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and specificationsProficiency in Microsoft Word and ExcelPrior experience in electronics or wire harness manufacturing is preferredStrong communication and time management skillsMust be able to pass a background checkFluent in English (read, speak, and write)Benefits:Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance401(k) with Company MatchSupplemental Insurance OptionsPaid HolidaysGenerous PTO PolicySick Time Trexon
