Snowflake Architect / Data Architect @ New York, NY Introduction: We are seeking a highly skilled Snowflake Architect / Data Architect to join our team in New York, NY. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Snowflake, PostgreSQL, Ansible, Python, Data Warehousing, and experience in AI/ML technologies such as Gen AI and RAG.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement Snowflake data architecture solutions to meet business requirements
Develop and maintain database schemas, tables, and views in Snowflake
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Snowflake with other systems
Optimize and tune Snowflake performance for efficient data processing
Implement data governance and security best practices in Snowflake environment
Create automated processes using Ansible and Python scripts for data management
Utilize AI/ML technologies for advanced data analytics and insights
Stay current with emerging trends in data architecture and recommend best practices

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Snowflake Architect or Data Architect
Solid understanding of PostgreSQL and relational database concepts
Proficiency in Ansible for automation and orchestration
Strong programming skills in Python for data manipulation and analysis
Deep knowledge of Data Warehousing principles and best practices

Preferred Skills:

Experience with AI/ML technologies such as Gen AI and RAG
Familiarity with cloud platforms for data storage and processing
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
