Job Full Description

A Law Firm in Bridgeport, WV is looking for a Legal Assistant to join their team!

Duties Include, But Not Limited To:

Answer phones and take messages, directing calls as necessary.
Enter billing data accurately and maintain up-to-date records.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars for attorneys.
Perform filing and e-filing tasks, including faxing and mailing letters.
Utilize Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PDF software on a daily basis.

Qualified Applicants Will Possess:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PDF.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
6+ months of experience in a similar role is preferred.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
