Receptionist Human Resources
Our client, a local University, is seeking a Temporary Receptionist to work in Human Resources. Start date is ASAP will last for three months, possibly longer. Receptionist will greet all visitors, including candidates, as well as answer all incoming calls. Ideal candidate will be extremely professional; possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Responsibilities include:
- Answer and direct all incoming phone calls and guests to the appropriate person or area of the office
- Prioritize, handling and forward of email inquiries
- Prepare and complete verification letters for University employees, mortgage companies
- Enter M-4 and W4 tax information into PeopleSoft
- Accept incoming paperwork from other departments ensuring all information is date stamped and routed to the correct person
