CT Technologist

Full-time CT Technologist position in Killeen, TX. Opportunity to work in a hospital setting, performing CT examinations and delivering patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform CT examinations following protocols and physician orders.

Provide safe, compassionate, and efficient patient care throughout imaging procedures.

Prepare patients for CT procedures and explain exams, positioning, and safety requirements.

Operate CT imaging equipment and produce high-quality diagnostic images.

Follow radiation safety practices and ALARA principles.

Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation.

Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.

Monitor patients during procedures and respond appropriately to patient needs.

Maintain CT equipment and report equipment issues as needed.

Follow hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and quality assurance standards.

Qualifications:

Graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology program

Successful completion of the ARRT examination and maintenance of ARRT certification and continuing education requirements

Current Texas Medical Board license or eligibility to obtain licensure within temporary certification period

Additional ARRT certifications are a plus

Preferred Skills:

ARRT CT certification

BLS certification

2 years of hospital CT experience
