This is an exciting opportunity to take on a dynamic role covering service, repair, and installation — keeping homes and businesses comfortable year-round in the Sunshine State. Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems Perform installation of new heating and air conditioning equipment and systems Conduct routine maintenance and preventative service on HVAC units Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant-related issues Communicate professionally with customers regarding system issues and recommended solutions Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and equipment documentation Ensure all work meets local codes, safety standards, and manufacturer specifications Requirements: Proven experience in HVAC service, repair, and/or installation EPA 608 Certification required Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Familiarity with a variety of HVAC brands, systems, and equipment Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work in Florida's heat and varying weather conditions About Us: National Heating & Air Conditioning has been a trusted name in the Clearwater, FL area, delivering reliable comfort solutions to homeowners and businesses alike.
