ServiceNow Business Process Consultant

As a member of our ServiceNow Services team, you will have the opportunity to directly influence the growth of our practice as we look to expand our services across other healthcare organizations. You will work in partnership with our leadership and sales teams to support our customers and prospective customers with your in-depth understanding of ServiceNow and our services to best position and architect solutions to the challenges our customers face. This will start out as a temporary position, but it has the possibility to transition into a permanent role.

Essential Functions (Other duties may be assigned)

• Partner with ServiceNow Technical Architects to assess customer environments' technology health and the effectiveness of facilitating business processes with ServiceNow.
• Research, document, and assess client landscape covering people, process, technology, and partners.
• Identify business objectives to develop process improvements against targets.
• Provide prescriptive guidance per industry best practice around core areas, including ITSM and SPM
• Support Business Analysts in delivery of customer workshops with documented processes key to project scope.
• Operate effectively within Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project environments.
• Develop training materials relevant to process optimizations and associated scope.
• Maintain active status on all certifications.
• As needed to support the dedicated sales team, participate in presales efforts to define solutions, scope, and estimate time and effort for delivery.
• Maintain current knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, ServiceNow application capabilities, and the use cases ServiceNow addresses for healthcare customers.
• Maintain awareness of healthcare industry challenges and drivers.
• Keep clients' business goals at the forefront of conversations and articulate design decisions related to continual maintenance and longevity on the platform.

Education/Experience Requirements

• 8+ years of client-facing experience supporting business transformation through technology.
• 5+ years of business process consulting experience within relevant process areas of ITSM/ITIL, and SPM
• 4+ years of ServiceNow platform experience
• Completion of ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD), along with at least two completed CIS certifications
• Experience in one or more of the following ServiceNow application scopes is preferred: SPM & ITSM
• Exceptional attention to detail when documenting customer business requirements and process guides
• Ability to conduct calls with customers independently
• Ability to keep a client's business goals at the forefront of the conversation and articulate process decision impacts to scale, effectiveness, and achievement of objectives.
• Ability to provide expert guidance regarding processes relevant for the client's business objectives
• Healthcare industry experience a strong plus

Working Environment/Physical Requirements
