Client Services Coordinator

We are seeking an organized and people-focused Client Services Coordinator to support client communication, service requests, and day-to-day coordination activities. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys helping people, managing details, researching information, and ensuring clients receive timely and accurate support.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
• Communicate with clients to understand their individual needs and preferences
• Research available services and options based on client requests
• Assist clients with service details, updates, and routine requests
• Coordinate information and arrangements with service providers as needed
• Maintain consistent communication throughout the client experience
• Follow up when additional information, confirmation, or action is required
• Review service information for accuracy and completeness
• Maintain accurate and organized client records
• Provide clients with confirmations, updates, and important information
• Assist with routine changes, questions, and service concerns
• Identify missing information and take appropriate follow-up action
• Build positive client relationships through responsive communication and reliable follow-through
• Support a smooth and organized client experience from initial request through completion
