Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Full Time Nights 11p-7a Ellicott City Healthcare Center Ellicott City, MD Position Overview Ellicott City Healthcare Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinical team full time. In this role, you will provide high-quality care to residents while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely Monitor and document resident conditions, reporting changes promptly Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other care team members Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and facility policies Deliver compassionate care that promotes dignity, comfort, and well-being Qualifications Current, active RN or LPN license in the state of Maryland Current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain) Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required Strong clinical and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work effectively in a team environment Schedule Full-time (shift availability may include days, evenings, nights, and/or weekends) Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) Retirement plan options Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Supportive work environment and leadership team Why Join Ellicott City Healthcare Center?
