This role partners closely with all community departments to support occupancy growth, resident satisfaction, and operational readiness while helping families feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the move-in experience. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, compassionate, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Coordinate the resident move-in process from reservation through move-in day Partner closely with Sales & Marketing, Nursing, Housekeeping, Dining, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure move-in readiness Communicate regularly with prospective residents and families throughout the transition process Ensure apartments and resident spaces are prepared prior to move-in Assist with move-in paperwork, scheduling and documentation Help support occupancy growth and resident satisfaction goals Maintain strong attention to detail and follow-through during all move-in processes Build positive relationships with residents, families and team members Support community tours, events and sales initiatives as needed Help create a warm, welcoming, and hospitality-focused experience for all new residents Qualifications Previous senior living, hospitality, customer service, move-in coordination, admissions or sales support experience preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Compassionate and customer-service-focused attitude Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and follow-through Professional demeanor and positive attitude Experience with CRM or senior living software systems preferred What Makes a Great Fit We are looking for someone who: Enjoys helping families during important life transitions Thrives in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment Is highly organized and detail-oriented Builds strong relationships through compassion and professionalism Creates exceptional first impressions and positive experiences Brings positivity, hospitality and accountability to every interaction What Our Associates Say About Charter “It truly feels like family at Charter.” “The residents become an extension of my family.” “They truly live out their mission and values.” “I love working for a company that genuinely puts people first.” #J-18808-Ljbffr
