I’m working with a high-end owner’s representation firm on a Regional Principal opportunity overseeing the Florida & Caribbean region.
- Senior leadership role with regional P&L + operational ownership
- Focus on luxury residential projects ($20M–$150M+ hard costs)
- Lead business development, client relationships, project delivery & team growth
- Remote / Florida-based with significant presence across South Florida & the Caribbean
- Looking for 15+ years across luxury residential, construction, architecture, development, or owner’s representation
Strong fit for a senior leader who combines client relationships, business development, project delivery, and team leadership.
