This full-time contract opportunity is available for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist interested in working onsite with students across elementary, middle, and high school levels. The role is based near Oneida, WI, and involves managing a manageable caseload while collaborating closely with educators and families to support each student’s unique communication needs.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Hold a valid state SLP license and possess ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience in school-based settings strongly preferred
• Comfortable working with students from elementary through high school
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and deliver individualized intervention for a caseload of approximately 38-40 students
• Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with school teams and families
• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as necessary
• Maintain timely documentation according to district and regulatory requirements
• Provide consultative support to teachers and participate in IEP meetings
