You won't be working through an interpreter or carrying translation for the rest of the team. ⭐ The Position Location: Fully remote | Schedule: You set it, 7 days a week available We offer part-time and full-time opportunities for bilingual (English/Spanish) licensed clinical psychologists (PhD / PsyD) on a flexible, fee-for-service basis. Your Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to Spanish-speaking older adults in a virtual setting Conduct therapy sessions fluently in Spanish, meeting patients in their language and cultural context Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools Participate in regular (paid) case consultations ✅ Who Thrives at Sailor You're mission-aligned.
