PAY: $2700/week

Compensation Breakdown:
• Weekly Taxable Income: $1,460
• Weekly Housing Stipend: $770
• Weekly Meals Stipend: $476
• Total Weekly Gross: $2,706/week

Responsibilities:
• Lead operations for behavioral health programs, including eating disorders, autism services, behavioral response teams, autism services, and ECHO coordination
• Develop and execute strategic business plans
• Collaborate with medical staff and leadership teams to improve behavioral health services
• Serve as the administrative partner with division chiefs and the chief psychologist
• Build relationships with external organizations serving mental health patients
• Ensure successful implementation of behavioral, mental, and emotional health initiatives

Requirements

Active Arkansas RN License Required
• Director or leadership experience in Behavioral Health
• Strong operational and strategic planning experience
• Experience working within healthcare systems preferred
