Job Summary:

Modani Care is seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team in Scottsbluff, NE. Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, personalized care to clients in their homes, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), medication management, and companionship

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families, ensuring excellent communication and customer service

• Collaborate with other members of the care team, including nurses, therapists, and social workers, to provide comprehensive care and support

• Identify and report changes in client condition or care needs to the care team and management

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and services provided
