Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, accurately formulating clinical diagnoses. \n
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans grounded in evidence-based therapeutic modalities. \n
- Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, adapting approaches to cater to the unique goals of each client. \n
- Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients facing acute mental health issues, ensuring their safety and well-being. \n
- Maintain precise and confidential documentation of client records, treatment progress, and assessment results, in compliance with legal and ethical standards. \n
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients. \n
- Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment paths, and community resources while advocating for their needs. \n
- Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training, and peer supervision to remain abreast of best practices in mental health counseling. \n
You will work with a wide demographic of clients consisting of children, adolescents, adults, and families who present with a variety of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. This varied client base ensures that your daily practice is diverse and rewarding as you foster meaningful change in people’s lives.
Qualifications\n- \n
- Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist in Massachusetts, specifically as LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW. \n
- A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required; a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling or Psychology is preferred. \n
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, enabling you to understand and treat a range of mental health issues effectively. \n
- At least two years of professional experience in a clinical or therapeutic setting is essential. \n
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients. \n
- Ability to manage responsibilities independently while also collaborating effectively within a team. \n

While direct experience in a clinical setting is preferred, we encourage motivated candidates with strong foundational skills and a passion for mental health to apply. Candidates who are newly graduated or transitioning into mental health counseling from related fields will be considered for entry-level positions.
Compensation and Benefits\nWe offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus an attractive sign-on bonus.
