What You'll Do... As a member of our awesome Customer Service Team, you will be responsible for responding to and managing customer inquiries. Our Customer Service Representatives work to assist our sales team and field technicians so that they can deliver excellent customer care.

Who You Are... So, what does it take to be successful as a Customer Service Rep at Northwest Exterminating? For starters, you'll have an inner drive to make the customer happy! You'll also have...

• Excellent customer service skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communications
• Bilingual ability in English and Spanish (preferred)
• Comfort with learning and using new technology & software/apps (PestPac experience preferred)
• A self-motivated and competitive mindset with a desire to win
• Experience with and examples of problem-solving in a work environment
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• The ability to effectively manage your time, prioritizing multiple tasks, maximizing performance while remaining customer-focused i.e. understanding customers' needs, handling objections, and closing business
• A high school diploma (Associate or higher preferred)
• Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
