We are seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our team! This role involves providing direct patient care to adult and geriatric populations, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time new hires (terms apply). Key Responsibilities: Conduct screenings and evaluations to determine occupational therapy needs based on patients' prior functioning. Develop and implement treatment plans targeting functional outcomes, adhering to professional standards. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary. Supervise occupational therapy assistants in compliance with licensure and regulations. Maintain accurate patient records. Collaborate with community staff, patients, families, and rehab teams through training and coordination. Engage in continuous quality improvement activities. Requirements: Successful completion of an accredited Occupational Therapy program. Current valid Occupational Therapist license in the appropriate state. Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
