Program Specialist, Learning, Development, & Engagement Position Purpose This position serves as the primary coordinator for New Employee Orientation, provides production support for live and online learning programs, manages engagement and ERN programming logistics, and ensures smooth day‑to‑day operations of talent management communications, systems, and events. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and deliver New Employee Orientation (NEO) in collaboration with partners, managing scheduling, logistics, communications, onboarding surveys, and SOPs. Support Employee Engagement and Employee Resource Network (ERN) functions—including scheduling, logistics, budget tracking, vendor coordination; facilitate ERN leadership, plan engagement events, and liaise with leaders and sponsors. Provide production support for live and online learning programs: technical setup, facilitation, registration systems, participant data, procurement of materials, vendor logistics, and operational support. Manage LMS and talent management communications infrastructure; coordinate enrollment, scheduling, system updates, and maintain the Professional Development website and related digital content; distribute program communications, announcements, and evaluations; manage shared team inbox. Update training and program materials (slide decks, facilitation materials, website updates) and fulfill ad‑hoc material requests. Participate in special projects as required and perform additional duties as needed. Demonstrate professionalism and collegiality in all interactions in a welcoming environment. Required Qualifications Minimum 3‑year experience in an administrative, program coordination, or engagement‑related role. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships across departments and with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience managing digital platforms, registration systems, or learning management systems. Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience drafting institutional communications. Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and proactively identify and resolve operational gaps. Familiarity with website content management and digital communications tools. Demonstrated commitment to inclusive practices and welcoming experiences for a diverse community. Preferred Qualifications Experience coordinating employee resource networks, affinity groups, or community engagement programs. Familiarity with human resources, talent management, or employee engagement practices. Experience with virtual meeting and event production tools (Zoom).
