This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Acq Demo Business and Technical Management to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. As a General Engineer at the NH-0801-4 broadband level, some of your typical work assignments may include:

• Responsible for interfacing and providing day to day technical support to IDIB Product Manager, TBI Chief Engineer, TBI Project Manager and Israel Missile Defense Organization (IMDO) Manufacturing & Production for Israeli All Up Round and U.S. co-production.
• Interface with U.S. Defense Industrial Base suppliers to include relationship building, weekly meetings, site visits, production floor walks, Kaizen/Lean events, Work Instruction Reviews, efficiency assessments, and acute issue resolution.
• Assist Product Manager with managing programmatic actions (funding, contracts, licensing) to minimize risk to program execution efforts.
• Ensure Manufacturing and Failure Review Boards are conducted as per the TBI Joint Systems Engineering Plan (SEP).
