Senior Project Manager

As the Senior Construction Project Manager, you will serve as the primary executive liaison between the owner/client and the project team. You will provide complete technical direction, administrative oversight, and leadership across all phases of commercial and industrial construction projects.

salary: $115,000 - $150,000 per year

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

• Client & Stakeholder Management: Act as the main point of contact for project owners, architects, engineers, and key stakeholders, driving close client relationships and business growth.

• Project Leadership: Oversee project teams, providing technical guidance, supervision, and direction to subordinate project managers, superintendents, and field supervisors.

• Financial Management & Estimating: Review project opportunities, establish accurate cost estimates, and manage complete project budgets, cash flows, and financial reporting.

• Scheduling & Execution: Oversee continuous subcontractor coordination, self-performed operations, and project schedules to ensure timely delivery in alignment with design specifications.

• Contract & Quality Control: Ensure all facets of construction strictly adhere to contract terms, quality standards, and design requirements.

• Safety & Compliance: Drive a zero-tolerance safety culture on-site, enforcing all corporate policies, environmental controls, and site safety regulations.
