Speech Language Pathologist

Position Overview TG Talent Team LLC is partnering with an established pediatric therapy practice in Miami, FL to find a qualified SLP. This role will provide individualized speech and language therapy to a pediatric caseload, developing treatment plans and tracking patient progress while working closely with families and the clinical team to support positive outcomes. Key Responsibilities Provide individualized speech and language therapy to pediatric patients. Implement personalized treatment plans. Track and document patient progress accurately and consistently. Work closely with families to support treatment goals. Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure positive patient outcomes. Maintain accurate, timely documentation in line with practice standards. Schedule Monday–Friday, 10 AM–7 PM Saturday: Minimum 1 Saturday per month, 9 AM–3 PM Caseload: Approximately 8 pediatric patients per day Qualifications Active SLP license required (provisional or permanent accepted).
