Job Summary We are seeking a Policy Support Specialist for a full-time temp-to-hire opportunity in Nashville, TN. This role is ideal for a customer-focused insurance support professional who enjoys helping clients, managing policy documentation, and working closely with account managers to deliver accurate, timely service in a high volume call center environment. Key Responsibilities Support clients with policy maintenance, documentation, inquiries, and service-related requests. Communicate proactively with clients by phone and email to gather information, provide updates, and resolve questions. Work closely with account managers to ensure client needs are handled promptly, accurately, and professionally. Process insurance-related documentation while maintaining accuracy and compliance with internal procedures. Deliver a positive client experience through clear communication, follow-through, and strong attention to detail. Contribute to a collaborative team environment focused on professional development and exceptional service. Compensation and Benefits Pay: $17.50 to $18.50 per hour Job type: Temp-to-hire, full-time. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Location: Nashville, TN Work arrangement: Onsite to start, then transition to a hybrid schedule. Free parking. Required Qualifications and Skills Provide client support for policy maintenance, documentation, inquiries, and service requests. Communicate with clients by phone and email to collect information and provide status updates. Partner with account managers to ensure accurate and timely service delivery. Process insurance documentation with strong attention to detail and follow-through. 3 to 5 years of professional experience preferred, ideally in customer support, client care, insurance support, or a call center environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills for client-facing phone and email interactions. Ability to manage multiple requests while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. Detail-oriented approach to documentation, follow-up, and policy support. Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment with account managers and service professionals. Ability to obtain Property and Casualty licensure within 90 days if not already licensed. Reliable, organized, and committed to providing exceptional client service. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in the insurance industry. Prior call center, client service, or policy support experience. Existing Property and Casualty license. Experience supporting account managers or working in an agency-style service environment.
