Senior Commercial / Contract Manager

Senior Commercial / Contract Manager (USA Infrastructure) I'm currently supporting a search for an experienced Senior Commercial / Contract Manager to join a major infrastructure programme in the United States. This role requires a proven track record delivering large-scale PPP (Public-Private Partnership), Design-Build, or Design-Build-Finance projects within the US market. Candidates must have extensive experience navigating complex contractual frameworks, managing commercial risk, leading claims and change management processes, and driving commercial performance across the full project lifecycle. Key areas of responsibility include: Commercial strategy and contract administration Risk, claims, and dispute management Budgeting, forecasting, and cost control Procurement and subcontract management Stakeholder engagement and commercial reporting Leadership of commercial teams on major infrastructure projects We're particularly interested in professionals who have: 10+ years of commercial/contract management experience A background in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline Significant experience working on large transportation, civil engineering, or infrastructure projects in the USA Strong knowledge of PPP, Design-Build, and alternative delivery models Experience managing complex claims, variations, and contractual negotiations Additional expertise in construction law, dispute resolution, or claims management would be highly advantageo #J-18808-Ljbffr The Highfield Company
