Renewal Specialist

Account SpecialistThe Account Specialist is responsible for managing lease accounts that are 17-61 days past due, with a focus on bringing accounts current through renewals, payment arrangements, and customer engagement. This role serves as a key point for customers, working to retain business, minimizing losses, and ensuring compliance with company policies.Key responsibilities:Manage a portfolio of delinquent lease accounts (17-61 days past due)Contact customers via phoneNegotiate and process lease renewals, extensions, and payment arrangementsEducate customers on available options to renew their leaseAccurately document all customer interactions and account updates in internal systemMeet or exceed established KPI's related to renewals, collections, and customer relationsRequirements:Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required.3 years or more of experience in collections or lease servicingStrong negotiation and conflict resolution skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environmentAbility to multi-task while navigating multiple systemsPreferred Skills:Experience with delinquency management or lease/loan servicingExperience in using automated dialer systems to efficiently manage high volume inbound/outbound callsKnowledge of collections regulations and compliance standardsBilingual abilities (if applicable)Schedule:Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm CST with the exception of one assigned late night with a shift of 11am-8pm.1-2 Saturdays a month 8am-5pm.
