Construction Superintendent—Water/Wastewater

Location: Maple Grove, MN Job Description Our client is a Twin Cities–based general contractor with over 30 years of history specializing in municipal water and wastewater treatment projects throughout Minnesota. They are seeking a hands‑on Site Superintendent to oversee and execute day-to-day field operations on local projects. This role is responsible for managing on‑site production, enforcing safety and quality standards, and coordinating daily work in the field. The company performs both new construction and rehabilitation/improvement work on existing facilities. This position includes a mix of field involvement and supervisory responsibility. Projects are located throughout the northwestern Twin Cities metro and surrounding suburbs. Candidates must be able to reliably commute within the region or be willing to relocate. Key Responsibilities Manage on‑site production while maintaining quality control standards Schedule and coordinate daily construction activities Implement and enforce safety programs; identify and mitigate hazards Supervise field crews and subcontractors Track timecards, prepare progress updates, and lead safety meetings Identify opportunities to improve field processes and procedures Coordinate with project teams, engineers, and owners Perform additional construction‑related duties as needed Knowledge, Skills & Abilities 2+ years of field leadership experience Hands‑on concrete pouring and finishing experience, ideally including: Concrete underdrain systems Vaults, backwash tanks, walls, or piping Experience with chemical feed systems, ductile iron process piping installation, and Symons experience preferred Strong OSHA safety knowledge Pipelayer and/or concrete finisher certifications a plus (not required) #J-18808-Ljbffr Pathway-Talent-Partners
