Entry-Level Sales Representative

We are seeking motivated independent agent sales representatives in New Mexico to connect with customers and offer voluntary benefits that provide employees with financial protection during life's unexpected events.ResponsibilitiesFinding new prospects for business and securing commitments to establish new clients.Embracing technology and utilizing third‑party enrollment systems for successful enrollments.Growing knowledge of the coverage offered to clients to help guide potential customers to make informed decisions about protecting their families.Beneficial Experience and/or SkillsResults‑driven, self‑motivated team players with a commitment to excellence and customer service.Competitive leaders with previous sales experience.Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus.Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.Life and Health license required (information on how to earn it will be provided).CompensationAs a Sales Representative, you have the potential to earn commissions based on sales results, including renewal income and bonuses. This is an independent contractor opportunity; earnings are sales results‑based and uncapped, with tremendous potential for growth based on business acumen.We provide comprehensive training and development, and offer membership in the Association of Insurance Professionals (AIP) for additional benefits.RequirementsAuthorized to work in the US without sponsorship.Must currently reside in New Mexico.This is an uncapped commission‑only role.Willing to obtain a New Mexico Life and Health Insurance License, if not already obtained.#J-18808-Ljbffr
