Leadership & Team Building

Hire, train, and develop a talented team to achieve outstanding performance
Communicate clear job expectations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
Create strong morale and engagement within the team through recognition and support
Foster collaboration and maintain positive interpersonal relationships
Resolve conflicts effectively, promoting a respectful workplace

Operational Excellence & Guest Experience

Ensure a guest-first culture that exceeds customer expectations
Maintain safe, secure, and healthy restaurant conditions following all guidelines
Execute Dunkin' brand standards, systems, and marketing promotions flawlessly
Plan and monitor staffing to meet service goals and operational needs
Conduct audits and implement improvements to enhance productivity and quality

Business & Financial Management

Set sales goals, track results, and drive profitable top-line sales growth
Control costs and manage budgets to maximize restaurant profitability
Analyze performance data to identify trends and implement effective solutions
Lead new product rollouts, including team training and customer engagement

Qualifications & Skills

Fluent in English with strong math and financial management skills
Experience in restaurant, retail, or supervisory roles preferred
High school diploma or equivalent; must be at least 18 years old where applicable
Passion for leadership, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional guest service

Location: Struthers
