Summary

Reporting to the Director of Operations and working closely with the Maintenance Team Lead, the Custodian – PT is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment at the Nexus Family Recovery Center Facility.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Provides a safe and clean environment in assigned areas.
• Responds to facilities tickets for housekeeping as assigned by the Maintenance Team Lead.
• Assures that cleaning supplies and equipment are maintained, stocked, and ordered in a timely manner.
• Reports any maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Team Lead.
• Assists with the upkeep of building and grounds of Nexus Family Recovery Center.
• Demonstrates regular, predictable attendance and punctuality.
• Other duties within the organization as assigned.

• Clear understanding of industry standards.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.

Certification, Licenses, Registrations

• Current driver's license and good driving record required.
