This role is a pivotal team member with a comprehensive understanding of our service offers. They are the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a seamless service experience. Job Responsibilities Customer Service: Efficiently process customer orders and credit card transactions through our centralized call system. Manage a high volume of calls with a focus on service excellence. Collaboration: Collaborate with quality control, sales, and production teams to guarantee timely delivery and service of products. Support: Address customer inquiries, providing accurate information and solutions. Process overview: Willingness to spend time observing the production process at facilities or jobsite to gain product knowledge. Qualifications 1-3 years experience in dispatching in a similar industry. High School Diploma. 3 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role with proven track record of meeting and exceeding service standards. Proficient in the use of smartphones, digital tools, and app management across both iOS and Android platforms. Advanced skills in MS Office suite. Bilingual (desirable). A proactive approach to problem‑solving with strong decision‑making skills. Excellent writing, strong communication and interpersonal skills with attention to details, ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Working Conditions Safety First: Wearing protective equipment and adhering to safety protocols is a must. Office Environment: Primarily in an office environment with occasional exposure to other areas of the facility. Physical Requirements: Expect frequent walking, sitting, lifting (up to 50 pounds), pushing, pulling, and climbing as part of your daily routine.
