Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct thorough assessments and diagnoses to evaluate patients' mental health status, utilizing appropriate tools, including the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM).

  • Create and maintain individualized treatment plans that are culturally sensitive and accommodate the special needs of the patient population.

  • Engage in ongoing evaluations of patients' progress, adapting interventions and strategies to support effective mental health outcomes.

  • Document treatment records, reports, and all clinical interactions in compliance with regulatory requirements and departmental guidelines.

  • Coordinate treatment plans collaboratively with patients and their families, implementing their feedback to enhance desired outcomes.

  • Facilitate referrals to additional services and act as a liaison between patients and various treatment providers to ensure continuity of care.

The primary client focus for this role includes children and adolescents affected by a cancer diagnosis, as well as their families.   • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
