Job Description
As a Fashion Stylist Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering a personalized and engaging shopping experience to mid-range customers. This position requires a strong sense of fashion, excellent styling skills, and the ability to collaborate within a small team, ensuring the store operates smoothly and appealingly while driving sales. You cannot be shy & timid.
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized customer styling and sales assistance
- Maintain and enhance merchandising and visual displays
- Support store operations including inventory management
- Develop product knowledge to effectively advise customers
- Collaborate with a small team to achieve sales goals
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in retail sales
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of fashion styling, retail sales, and customer service
- Skills in visual merchandising and inventory management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and use POS and inventory management systems
- Upselling techniques and teamwork experience
